Discovered in the slums of Cairo, this thrilling find is making waves, exciting archaeologists and historians alike. Found near the ruins of Ramses II’s makes this temple a very special find. According to the Egyptian Antiquities Ministry due to it’s location in the ancient city of Heliopolis, this may very well me one of the MOST IMPORTANT finds yet!

Howver, the stone is very well preserved. Once recovered with intention for restoration, the Ozymandias Statue will likely be placed in the Grand Egyptian Museum which is stated to be opening next year.
