And a letter from legal Consultant Dr David Makongo to Anglophones goes thus
Fellow Ambazonians, even as the count down to October 1st approaches, and we have set out a comprehensive calendar for the our non-violent celebrations, the Colonial governors have have decided to place limits on the movement of our people in time and in space.
We, the determined people of Ambazonia know that Freedom of movement is ordained by the constitution, and not the Commander in- chief, hence, it can’t be restricted by a mere regionalal administrator. We will not hesitate to perform our duty to resist all anti-constitutional restricts on Ambazonia Territory.
I therefore, say to all my comrades; Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going forward until we arrive our proclamation point.
And as we move forward, never forget the words of Benjamin Franklin that; “they who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
We will not give up our liberty. We know freedom is never given by the oppressor, it is taken by the oppressed; no one should stop the oppressed people of Southern Cameroons from taken their freedom and from separating with LRC for the purpose of freedom, liberty, peace and the pursuit of happiness!
And through non-violent resistance, we will win.
