HomeHot NewsCameroon: Minister of Transportation to be hunted down by the French Police
A Newspaper known as The Point has reported that the French police under the French government has issued a warrant of arrest for Cameroon’s Transport Minister.
They intimated that the French police has been carrying out under ground investigations against Minister Alain Mebe Ngo’o for more than 4 years, all allegations that the former Defense minister was a corrupt leader and a high class fraudster.
According to the paper, Several people involved in this corruption scandal have already been arrested. Mebe Ngo’o being investigated by the French police isn’t strange as a senior Gabonese official Ali Bongo’s former chief of staff, had already been arrested by the French judicial police in 2015 before being released. But one of his relatives had been arrested and brought before a French judge.
We are still waiting for more information on the building up story. We all know how our government is and such expectations are never a surprise to us.
