Cameroon: Cases always OPENED and never CLOSED

Since the French cooperator and theology teacher – Eric de Putter was murdered in Yaoundé in 2012, two suspects were arrested and released 14 months later. Five years after the death of the Frenchman Eric de Putter, there is still no progress in the investigations.

That’s not all; Cameroon police is noted for opening cases and never closing them. All one hears all the time is the huge amount of money allocated to cover up the salaries of the security forces.

This will keep one wondering why they are paid so well when they don’t carry out their duties accordingly.

As for the french teacher who was murdered 5 years ago, Protestants paid homage to him On the 5th of July 2016. Although at that moment, as now, the circumstances of his death remained a mystery.

An investigation had nevertheless been opened on this subject by the Cameroonian police.
